What format is required to submit updates to metrics?
Reviewing follow-on metrics from prior projects funded is a mandatory element of our project evaluation criteria and is intended to encourage companies to sustain the gains from kaizen activity by keeping the metrics visible. A mark-up with current values of the metric set previously reported or a tracking chart from an area communication board is all that is needed. Click here for examples of acceptable formats.
