What format is preferred for proposals?
The Foundation does not require a form. Rather, please submit a cover letter on the organizations letterhead and signed by the President or CEO, providing brief background and a summary of the request. Include a proposal narrative of no more than six pages, and a Fact Sheet (maximum two pages). Click on Application Procedures for detailed guidance on the content of the proposal narrative, fact sheet format, and required documents. The Foundation does not accept proposals by email or fax.
