What format do I need to export my Address Book from my email client program (Like Outlook) to import it into Suncoast Secure Mail?

The file must have extension csv (Comma Separated Values). Q: When I exported my Address Book from my email client program (Like Outlook) to a csv file, it generated a file very large exceeding 5K in the Import functionality of Suncoast Secure Mail. What was the reason? When you export your csv file, you must select only the fields that you are going to need in Suncoast Secure Mail (not all the fields). The fields that you want to export are the following: First and Last name (or name if bonded together), email, comments/info and nickname. If any of these fields is not available, it can be left out. If after selecting only these fields the file still larger than 5K, you can split the file in several parts and import each one separate.
