The videos are available in 3 file formats: 1. MPEG1 – this is a very universal file format. MPEG1 most likely works in your computer’s default media player . 2. MOV – This is Quicktime’s high resolution, H.264 file format. We offer films in both SD and HD resolutions. You must have Quicktime 7.0.1 or later to play this file, which is available for free at www.apple.com/quicktime. 3. Low-Res – Our personal (low-res) downloads utilize M4V files, which are optimized to play in iTunes and are iPhone or iPod compatible. M4V files are playable anywhere a Quicktime MOV file is playable (itunes, VLC player, etc).
