MINOR WORKS are those works in which no variations are made in any of the aspects defining the main architectural characteristics of the building or dwelling, e.g. the structural system, the spatial composition and its overall organisation, as well as those inner redistribution works which affect neither the aforementioned concepts nor such elements as outer and inner faades, roofs, floor structures, patios, staircases and gardens. In order to obtain a MINOR WORKS LICENCE, and prior to the start of the works, the applicant must go the Local Urban Planning Department of the Municipality where the property involved is located. The corresponding Urban Planning Department will provide an OFFICIAL APPLICATION FORM to request the minor works licence. This form must be completed and then delivered together with a photocopy of a personal identity document or card (DNI) and, if necessary, of the Foreigners Identification Number (NIE), and likewise a photocopy of the title deed of the property w
