What form should the contribution from the consortium members take?
Contribution could be in any form as far as the consortium agrees to that as been the required contribution from the member. The guidance states that incubatees are members of the consortium. In addition to benefiting from AIIC services, what are their roles and responsibilities to the AIIC? Are they to play a role in its governance? The incubatees will be AIIC clients but it is recommended that they should be represented in the membership of the consortium. For example, if the AIIC will be offering services to farmers or to processors of farm produce the respective farmers can be represented in the membership and governance by, for example, a farmers’ organisation, a cooperative or producers association.
