Fill out a UC Denver Schedule Adjustment Form (PDF). Pay attention to the deadlines posted on the academic calendar. Deadlines are ABSOLUTE with no exceptions on the final date. Go to the CLAS Dean’s Office (North Classroom Bldg. 5014) to get the CLAS Graduate Associate Dean’s signature.
