What form does civic hospitality take?
It would be for the Council to decide whether hospitality will be provided and, if so, in what form. This would vary according to the nature of the event, the number of participants, the venue and so on. Examples might range from light refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits), a reception or a simple presentation. Other forms of hospitality can be considered.
