What foreign language Filipino students are learning in college?
FROM THE WORD ALONE, you may notice it is FOREIGN LANGUAGE course therefore it pertain to other languages which is NOT English in particular. My own son is a graduate of this course, he is well verse in French/German and another Asian language Nippongo or Japanese dialect. FILIPINO’S DO NOT NEED ENGLISH anymore as a language. English is already our second language taught in school since we step foot in the nursery and into elementary to high school and to college. So what do we still need English for? What we need to learn further is the other known language around the world like French, German, Italian, Greek if possible and Arabic language.
