A – DinnerSmith follows the highest standards of food safety in every aspect of the business. Risks are minimized on every front, including the design of our premises, our equipment and supplier selections, food storage, preparation and handling procedures, and customer education. We work closely with the Town of Maplewood Health Dept. and adhere closely to Town regulations. We are, as all food establishments, inspected regularly.
