What foods/things should i avoid while pregnant?
Your doctor usually will provide you with a list of foods he wants you to avoid. Beyond that list, my doctor said was to go easy on the salt and the sugar, switch to whole grain breads and rice, snack on fruits and vegetables and try to avoid processed foods as best as I could. 🙂 My doctor told me not to lift/push/pull anything heavy and the only exercise he wants me to do is to walk. BUT that’s just me because I have a history of miscarriages. You might want to talk to your doctor as far as any physical limits. Just take it easy, rest when you feel like you need to, stay hydrated and listen to your body and you will be fine. 😀 Congrats!
