A. There are a few foods that are not recommended. They include coconuts, frozen foods, bones, and foods that are suitable for slicing, not chopping — typically those with liquid or squishy centers, like tomatoes, citrus fruits or yeast breads. Note that foods which are typically sliced rather than chopped can be cut on the LeverEdge™ cutting board using a regular kitchen knife and the handy slicing guide found on the LeverEdge’s pivot post which enables straight, even slicing.
