What foods can be eaten on a no carb diet?
Do not, I repeat, do not go on a no/low carb diet. Especially if you’re trying to lose some weight. By the time it’s over, you’ll go back to eating what you normally do, and you’ll gain all the weight back. If you’re trying to lose weight, exercise and eat a balanced diet of less calories and fats. You can get much more vitamins and nutrients from fruits and vegetables with little calories and fats, that will allow you to feel fuller without actually having an over abundance of food. This isn’t to say you shouldn’t eat meat, either. The importance here is getting a healthy balance of nutrients without over eating. In other words, cut back on processed foods, and eat more fresh foods.
