Everyone already knows that you’ll most likely vote best answer…. When people answer, they’re assuming that you will. Anyway, here in the US the only foods from the Sahara desert that I know of is pita bread. And I’m not sure exactly where that’s from, I know it can be from there tho. If you go to the Sahara and get served on a tour or so, you will get mutton in a sauce. Some of the cactus can be eaten, By the oasis there are palm fruits (melons and such, I guess) that can be eaten. Locals rely on the Mediterranean Sea for whatever fish/etc is in and around there.
