What foods are good for losing weight?
There is no food that will make you lose weight by eating it. But there are foods that are low in calories so you can eat a moderate amount without eating too many calories. Examples of these foods are fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, etc. Meanwhile, there are other foods that are very high in calories. They are not “bad” food but should only be eaten in very small quantities. Examples are soft drinks, mayonnaise, butter, etc.
