What food would help slimming?
Bitter melon, apple, celery, strawberry, and seaweed are examples of food that not only can improve blood circulation and metabolism but also have great effects on slimming. Food that is rich in vitamin B such as asparagus, wax gourd, black bean, strawberries, fresh Chinese mushrooms and brown rice can help digestion which is good for our body and should be eaten more often. Salty and preserved foods, such as sausage and fast food (pizza, burger…etc) should be avoided. Excess water and toxic will be accumulated in our body and it will increase the burden on our kidney.
