What food would aid in growing taller? Filipino foods preferred?
Depends on your age. If you are under 18 then diet will help. You need calcium (Milk, cheese, tofu, yogurt, icecream, chick peas) for your bones. You need protien. This can come from many sources, but easiest is meat. In the Phils you eat too much fatty pork, so either eat lamb, beef or fish. Many beans are high in protien. But many filipinos are very short naturally and food won’t help you, just as I know others who are very tall.
