What food safety training programs are recognized for certification in Iowa?
As of December 2003, three programs have been accredited by the Conference for Food Protection by the American National Standards Institute: • National Certified Professional Food Manager- Prometric Assessments, LLC • Certified Food Safety Manager – National Registry of Food Safety Professionals • ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Program – National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ISUE field specialists offer ServSafe® and SuperSafeMark® at locations throughout Iowa.
