What food costs are allowable?
The State of New York will only pay for breakfast (at $3 per person) or lunch (at $6 per person) for Faculty Development Program activities. No other types of refreshments are permissible-including coffee breaks, receptions, etc. Other documentation will also be required (see Refreshments section under Accessing Your Award). If you plan to provide refreshments as part of your program, please contact your business office for full details.
