A new Fluidics Protocol has been developed for this assay, FS450_0001. In addition to tubes containing SAPE and antistreptavidin biotinylated antibody, there is a tube containing 1X Array Holding Buffer, which is added to the cartridge following the wash/stain procedure. Please refer to the GeneChip® Whole Transcript Sense Target Labeling Assay Manual, Chapter 5, for more details.
