What flue parts will I need for this Worcester Camray Utility Boiler?

A question regarding 100403 (Worcester Greenstar Camray Utility Condensing Oil Boiler 12/18) I have a low boilerhouse where the flue needs to go through a 300mm wall and then rise to clear the low roof. 600-1000mm rise would be enough. Can you advise which flue parts I would need. This layout is approved and will be done by a qualified installer. Thanks M.
