Each site can identify up to three early release dates for at risk conferences. The site could choose to spend a portion of the time at each/any early release day doing at risk conferencing. Any site with large numbers of students can request up to an additional two days of early release to support at risk conferences. Each site can determine the type of student involvement. Each site can determine the schedule for the conferences, including holding any evening or late afternoon conferences. The only parameter is the 7.5 hour work day.
