What flavour are the cakes?
The standard cake we make is Vanilla or Chocolate Madeira cake, but we can produce any cake designed to your specification and choice of flavours, depending on the style of cake you order. Most cakes are made from Madeira sponge cakes, due to the denseness of the cake, which is needed for sculpting and icing. The sponge cakes are complimented with a filling of vanilla or chocolate buttercream. Rich fruit cakes are also available, but more notice will be required, as the fruit cakes are all hand made for individual customers.
