What flavor of ice cream to go with….pumpkin pie, cherry pie, and apple pie?

Apple Pie => Cherry Vanilla Cherry Pie => Black Walnut (or other nut flavors) I normally don’t have ice cream with pumpkin pie, but I suppose something spicy like “Fried Ice Cream” or Gingerbread /might/ be good (as well as the standard vanillas) Instead of ice cream with pumpkin pie, I add cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to my cream (or Cool Whip). Such a spiced cream would go well with the other pies, too.
