What firewall settings should I have set locally to access the ARL DSRC?
A. If there is a Firewall between your machine using Kerberos and the ARL DSRC and you are unable to connect, provide the following information to your firewall administrator: Different Kerberos clients sometimes contact different ports for the same services. Kerberos servers know how to respond to the various clients. Random client ports usually run from 1024 to 65536, but some ssh clients use priviledged ports 1023, 1022, 1021, … for each successive simultaneous ssh connection.
