What finger foods can you suggest for 12 month olds that we haven already tried?

You’ve covered so much territory that the only thing you haven’t tried that we have is in relation to meat. I also heard that hot dogs and such could be choking hazzards, so I started looking for meat options in the baby food aisle — and found Gerber meat sticks to be a good finger food. My son has had some chewing/swallowing issues anyway, so we have to be careful about anything we give him that he has to chew — but those meat sticks almost fall apart. We sliced them, and peel off the outer “skin” (only because he started doing it first) and then just put them on his tray. They have enough consistency that he can pick them up, but then they just seem to disintegrate as he is chewing them. After we had tried those, I also found some of the pre-cooked sausages in my grocer’s meat department (think they’re Bob Evans) and I’d nuke one of those, slice it, peel the skin and then cut it into very small pieces.
