What filter criteria does iRNAchek employ at design of siRNAs?
A. iRNAchek lists all siRNAs that meet selected pattern criteria, but avoid selected undesirable signal, and finally falls within the given GC% range. Further, iRNAchek allows user to filter the list by ORFs, or eliminate by motifs, secondary structures, or any annotations. As a final step, one may also filter siRNAs based on BLAST hits.
