At this time, only Windows/DOS FAT (vfat, fat32) are supported. If there is sufficient interest, we could investigate adding Linux ext2/ext3 support. (Contact us if you want this support to be added.) We do not support NTFS (NT, XP), HFS+ (Mac OS), or other formats; do not your USB device using those filesystem formats if you plan to use it on the Linux lab machines.
