What files do I need to back up to protect my copy of NeCCS?

You should make a regular backup copy of your NeCCS database. This file is found where the NeCCS program is installed, for example, the default folder for a single user installation is: c:\program files\Reay Systems Ltd\NeCCS\database. Backup both files from this folder. You should also make sure you include your license file, which may have been supplied separately to your CD. (This file has a .rsl file extension). In the event of having to reinstall your software you will need your license file as well as your CD and database.
