Sys Idle Process isn’t actually a process per se. It’s simply there to tell you how much strain your CPU is under. For example, if SIP says it’s running at 80% CPU then that space is idle, and not being used – you’re therefore using 20% of your total CPU. Note that SIP isn’t actually using any of your processor capacity.
