What fees will residents pay at The Village at Carsins Run?
Carsins Run residents will pay a one-time Entrance Fee, then a Monthly Fee upon moving into the community. The Entrance Fee allows residents use of the apartment or cottage, common areas such as walking paths and natural outdoor space and courtyards, safety features and healthcare on-site if needed.
