There are several fees that campuses charge students outside of the per credit tuition rate. Fees fall into two categories – mandatory and optional. Mandatory fees include: parking fees, late payment fees, payment plan fees, and the MSCSA fee. Optional fees include: application fee, credit for prior learning assessment fee, student life/activity fee, athletics fee, health services fee, special events fee, residential learning community fee, and the technology fee. The current tuition and fees policy, procedure, and fee schedule are enclosed in this toolkit (see Appendixes C-E).
