Generally residential fees are $20.00 for the first $1,000.00 and $10.00 for each $1,000.00 above that. Please call the Borough Office for specific fees for your project. All plans requiring review and approval through the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code incur a fee of $500.00 plus these costs.
