Once a project has been closed, the system automatically generates the results for the workgroup and shows how they compare against the HSE Management Standards. All personal identifying information is removed and in order to protect confidentiality further, a report can only be generated when a pre-set number of participants has been reached and the project closed. The results for each workgroup can be viewed online and printed to be kept as a record of the audit trail.
