The feedback at a minimum will be to ‘Encourage’ or ‘Discourage’ submission of a full proposal. Additionally, all ‘Discourage’ letters will provide technical feedback regarding DARPA’s recommendation/rationale. ‘Encourage’ letters will provide technical feedback to the maximum extent that is deemed practical and/or which is in the Government’s best interest.
