What features will be included in the California Trail?
The California Trail will be an approximately 20-acre exhibit zone with animal exhibits, an interpretive overlook with dramatic vistas of the Bay, a California Interpretive Center, a camping area with platform tents for overnight experiences, and a children’s activity zone. Animal exhibits will include animals native to California such as tule elk, grizzly bear, bison, eagle, black bear, mountain lion, jaguar, wolf, and California water fowl.
