” I guess it’s a mixture of many things; most impressive is the incredible speed and flexibility to draw and change ideas visually until they get their desired shapes, so the biggest contribution for me seems to be clearly the UI (User Interface). What challenges did you face while using the TENORI-ON? Mixing can be a bit tricky if you just work with the TENORI-ON and nothing else. You only have master effects for the whole track, and if you put too many things in the sequencer, the sound can become overloaded quite fast. I was first looking for some really appealing structures which are very clear, but at the same time absorbing and with some sort of richness. The rest was just fine tuning the volume and panorama. What role do you envision the TENORI-ON fitting into in future digital music – both your own and on a larger scale? The TENORI-ON will definitely play an important role in my future audio concepts.
