What features are different between the plastic and aluminum bodies?
The main areas of difference are tie-down points (plastic bodies have none, aluminum have four ‘handle’ tie down, two full length tie downs, and corner stake pockets) and customization (plastic bodies can only be outfitted with gas can racks, whereas aluminum bodies can have a hinged hydraulic lid installed, a boat/ladder rack, gas can rack and even a tilt feature accompanied by a dumping tailgate.
