What fatal faults, if any, are there on the Toshiba L300D-11v satellite laptop computer?

I have a toshiba l300d-11v satellite laptop and when i turn it on it does not turn on. it is plugged in, it is charged, the lights on the front display show green for power, green for plugged in and green for charging. The screen shows nothing and it makes no sounds that would indicate it is booting up and running.
