What factory engine does a 1968 Dodge Charger comes with??
In 1968 there was no six cylinder for the Charger. That wasn’t available until 1969. The 68 could come with a blue 318 cubic inch V-8 2 barrel carburetor as standard equipment single exhaust, a 383 2 barrel single exhaust, a 383 cubic inch four barrel carburetor dual exhaust, OR a red 440 cubic inch four barrel carb dual exhaust. The Hemi engine with two four barrel carbs was also available but only 467 were ordered for the 1968 year making it quite rare and valuable.
