Pete Pendergast – Dow Corporation I think salary is obviously the first thing, you want to make sure that you are getting paid competitively in the marketing conditions, that you are getting paid fairly. I think most major companies do a pretty good job of doing that or we would never hire anybody. I think you also need to look at is benefits package and that you understand that what that is. I would look for companies that are offering some sort of performance award an incentive for good performance in a fair way of comparing performance across the board of different employees. Most companies do have some sort of performance based award system or reward system. Understand where you are going to work and what’s the environment is like so you know if you are going to be working in an office or a cubicle or if you are going to be working in a home office. And make sure that is clear to you as you evaluate the different offers and you know exactly what you are getting into from that persp
