We cannot recommend any particular products. It really depends on the amount of reverse current involved. Many factors must be considered, including pattern layout, peripheral components, ambient temperature, impedance, and position (input/output lines). Each set possess different characteristics. However, recommendations can be given once the customer’s set is analyzed and evaluated. The only advice we can give unequivocally is to select a diode with the smallest forward voltage (Vf) possible.
