WHAT FACTORS IMPACT THE ENVIRONMENT?
SIPs are kind to the environment. Our SIPs use plantation grown engineered wood materials for most requirements and use less dimensional lumber as a whole. This significantly reduces the need for harvesting old growth timber. The foam core used in the panels is recyclable; thus reducing the need for raw material and reducing the amount of material that may eventually reach our landfills. Construction scrap is kept to a minimum, thus reducing the amount of construction material waste that will be hauled to the landfill.
