What factors does the FantasyDispute.com judge consider in rendering a decision?
The judge will consider everything that is submitted in the Dispute or the Response. It is important for each side to argue their position as convincingly as possible. For instance, in a Barry Bonds for Dontrelle Willis trade dispute, the Dispute and Response may look like this: Sample Dispute: We are in a 5 x 5 rotisserie league. Two owners traded Barry Bonds for Dontrelle Willis on August 25th. The guy who got Willis was out of contention, and the guy who got Bonds was in second place before the trade. The owners are coincidentally brothers. These are the same Bozos that traded Pujols for Ishii last year. Please rule that this trade is unfair and the players must be traded back effective August 25th. Sample Response: I’m the guy that got Bonds.
