What factors assess potential career happiness and satisfaction?
Our assessment program evaluates major dimensions known to contribute to career and job satisfaction and satisfaction with your college major. The more you know about yourself the better equipped you are to make choices that can lead to happiness and fulfillment in your work. When a persons characteristics (aptitudes, personality traits, interests, values, etc.) can be expressed through their work there is almost always a high degree of self-satisfaction, career contentment and occupational success. Of course, this can vary greatly if the specific working conditions are poor (e.g. like having an unpleasant boss). Testing results will not, of course, present you with a script for your life!
