What factors are the strongest determents to the success of young entrepreneurs in developing countries?

One such young man comes to mind as I answer this question. To set the scene – Kiev, Ukraine, a booming metropolis where the average Ukrainian cannot afford to live in the heart of downtown. But some how, there are a handful of young men and women who have that drive that brings them to the mega-center of the business world in downtown Kiev. The young entrepreneurs and my dear friend Andrei have these common traits: 1. They have very good spoken and written English. Many of the developers are looking for bi-lingual workers; written and oral communication in English and their native tongue is imperative.
