What factors affect the cause of Downs syndrome?
Down’s syndrome has a lot of varying causes – right from age of the mother giving birth to a new baby to many other factors like presence of Chromosomes. Is it possible to detect the Down syndrome as early as possible or at Pregnancy? Yes – it is possible. There is a process called amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), or percutaneous umbilical cord blood sampling (PUBS) which helps in detection of the Down syndrome in a baby during pregnancy or at birth.
