A. The proposed parent compact will be on the back of the same form as the existing home school compact. At the beginning of every year the parent and school sign the compact, and it is placed in the student file. As soon as a student is identified as being at risk of failure, it is proposed that the compact will be retrieved and the back portion will be filled out with intervention plan. At the elementary schools it is proposed that the principal and the teacher will be responsible for managing the compacts and at the secondary schools it is proposed that the counselor and the teacher will be responsible.
