What expenses will be covered for delegates?
The ASRT will provide funding to every chapter and affiliate delegate who attends the meeting, as well as to the chairmen of the Committee on Bylaws and the Commission. The ASRT will pay 100% of each delegate’s travel and lodging costs, and it also will provide a $419 stipend to each delegate to cover the cost of meals and other expenses associated with attending the meeting. To qualify for full funding of travel and lodging and the $419 stipend for other costs, delegates must make their travel reservations through ASRT’s official travel agency, make their lodging reservations with ASRT’s official host hotel and must attend all mandatory delegate events at the meeting, including the delegate CE courses. All delegates will be expected to send a report to the ASRT office to receive reimbursement.
