What expenses do the current fiscal year’s fees cover, and what IP address counts are used?

This will be implemented the same way it has been done since FY 99/00. At the recommendation of the Income & Recharge Committee beginning in FY 99/00 the fee has been billed in the current fiscal year to cover the current fiscal year’s expenses, and the billing is based on the prior year’s IP address counts, i.e., the FY 00/01 expenses were covered by the FY 00/01 billing which was based on FY 99/00 IP address counts.
